~ Peter Fagan ~ ~ Inconvenience ~
Made of cold cast resin and hand painted in Scotland, this Colour Box piece has been originally hand sculpted by artist Peter Fagan who is more than an artist. He is also a collector. Peter shares his collections by modelling perfect miniatures of those that are close to his heart. This Colourbox piece is part of the Home Sweet Home Collection and measures approximately 1½ inches tall. Originally issued in 1991 and retired in 1995, it features a ginger cat playfully sitting in a chamber pot. The words 'His' are inscribed on the outside of the pot. A Colourway was created for a promotion at 'Just Right' (or I'r Dim' as it is in Welsh) in Denbigh to celebrate the shop's tenth anniversary in 1993. The piece had 'I'r Dim' painted on the outside instead of the usual 'His' and a gold rim. This piece is closely related to Chambermaid. To view the pieces I have on Ebay, Please click here.
